We represent the residents of Rushcliffe defending the Green Belt land against all development.
Gamston Stadium and Housing Plans
In November 2009 plans were submitted to Rushcliffe Council to build:
• 45,000 seater stadium
• 4,500 houses
• Commercial buildings
• 1,000 car parking places
• Move the A52 road
This will be built on over 500 acres of green belt land around Bassingfield, Tollerton and Gamston

We are looking for answers to questions like:
• Why can't they build a new stadium on the number of brown field sites available in the County?
• With only 1,000 car parking places planned where do the developers think everybody else will park?
• How will thousands of away supporters travel 3 miles to the stadium from the railway station?
• With no tram or rail access to the stadium how can 45,000 people hope to get there by car or bus?
